D.C.Scientific Pest Control Inc. is part of a progressive pest control operation that was started in 1964 by Bill Moore. During the next 38 years Scientific Pest Control experienced a continual growth in customer accounts, service personnel, and expansion of service area.

Beginning in Tuscaloosa in 1964 with a couple of employees and one vehicle. Scientific Pest Control has grown to three locations, Birmingham, Tuscaloosa, and Winfield, Alabama. Scientific Pest Control now employs more than 35 persons & operates more than 30 service vehicles. Scientific Pest Control's service area encompasses most of the northern half of Alabama and has a customer base numbering over ten thousand homes & businesses.

Some 28 years ago Bill Moore was one of the first independent pest control operators to realize the value of employing a full time entomologist to oversee the increasing technical aspects of the pest control industry. Even today Scientific Pest Control is one of the few elite pest control companies in the United States that employs a full time staff entomologist to better serve the customers.
